Short smocked skirt in lavender cotton crepe. We particularly like the cotton crepe decorated with small gold metal slivers applied by hand by our Indian artisans. A band of smocks handmade by Indian artisans emphasizes the waist. The skirt closes on the side with natural mother-of-pearl buttons and a pretty velvet ribbon. It is lined with cotton voile.
